We are excited to be hosting Christmas Day here at Juke & Loe this year.

We are offering a six-course menu in our warm, welcoming and intimate restaurant – aperitifs followed by canapé, bread, starter, main course, pre-dessert, dessert, and with tea or coffee and homemade Christmas pudding fudge to finish.

We will be holding one sitting at 1pm, giving our guests three-and-a-half hours to enjoy their day here with their loved ones.

Christmas Day Lunch – £100 per person

 

Aperitif – Sloe gin fizz

Canapé and focaccia bread – Roast turkey butter

 

To start

Smoked trout – Smoked trout, crumpet, poached duck egg, buttered spinach, beurre noisette hollandaise

Jerusalem artichoke – Artichoke soup, roasted artichoke, artichoke crisps, pickled grapes, Lincolnshire Poacher scone

Guinea fowl and ham – Pressing of Guinea fowl and ham hock, liver parfait, apricot chutney, bacon, sage and onion brioche

 

To follow

Beef or turkey – Roasted sirloin of beef or turkey breast and leg, served with all the trimmings

Cod – Roasted fillet of cod, herb and garlic mash, cavolo nero, brown shrimp, herb and lemon sauce

Tart – Onion tart tatin, sherry vinegar caramel, Cote Hill blue cheese

 

Pre-dessert – Mulled wine and port sorbet, clementine mousse

 

Dessert

Chocolate – Chocolate ganache, chestnut ice cream, hazelnut brittle, malt marshmallow

Tart – Brown sugar tart, pear and ginger ice cream

Cheese – Colston Basset stilton, brie de Meaux, winter mulled fruit chutney, crackers

 

Tea or coffee served with Christmas pudding fudge
